Avoidance Tips
Some ways to avoid having to shut down your plating line due to a leaking tank:
– Keep a spare liner on the shelf. Having a back-up liner handy is always recommended.
– Keep a handful of thin, disposable liners on the shelf in case of emergency. This will help for a few days when you cannot wait at all.
– Have scrap material and a patch kit handy in case of a leak. We can sell you a patch kit at any time to have a quick temporary repair to your liner to help keep you running.
What To Do When A Shut Down Cannot Be Avoided?
When you find yourself in a situation that there is no alternative solution other than purchasing a new tank liner for your leaking tank, but you still have to get back up and running ASAP, we offer our Express Service.
What Does Express Service Mean?
For most liners, it means that we can fabricate the liner and have it ready to ship within 48 hours of receiving your order. However, if your liner is large in size and/or has intricate customization, the lead time could be longer.
