Accessories And Features

A variety of optional features are available for your Perfect Fit Tank Liner. These include:

Hem/Grommets and rope a
round top perimeter to
easily secure liner in place.

A skirt (double material thickness)
to protect the liner above liquid level.
For an even longer life expectancy,
a PTFE skirt is also available.

Inlet/Outlet tubes, also known as
boots, available for plumbing
through liners.

Materials

Only the highest quality virgin flexible PVC materials are used in a variety of thicknesses and formulations to most any application.

 

Electroless Plating Applications
Frosty clear PVC material is thin and lightweight designed to be used as a disposable method of lining your tank and is available in 12 mil (.012”), 16 mil (.016“), and 20 mil (.020”). It eliminates the need to clean your tank with Nitric Acid. With a temperature ranting up to 200°F, this material is perfect for the typical 193° F Electroless Nickel bath.

 

Electroplating Applications
PVC Type 100 is available in material thicknesses of 3/32” & 1/8“. It has a temperature rating up to 150°F and has a typical life expectancy of 1-5 or more years depending on usage and application.

 

PVC Type 500 is available in material thicknesses of 60 mil, 3/32”, 1/8”, and 3/16”. It has a temperature rating up to 200°F and has a typical life expectancy of 1-5 or more years depending on usage and application. This material is ideal for hard chrome applications.

In most cases, the standard lead time for a tank liner order is two weeks.
